Chaser is accounts receivable automation software used by finance teams in businesses of all sizes. It automates payment reminders, tracks payment promises and disputes, and gives teams a clear view of who owes what. Its receivables and cash flow forecasting show when cash will land.
Automated reminders get most invoices paid. For the small share that stay unpaid, Chaser's customers needed a clear next step: one that did not mean leaving Chaser or finding a collection agency themselves, often in another country.
Chaser wanted one process for its customers instead of a patchwork of agencies. Through Debitura, each case goes to a vetted local collection partner in the debtor's country, on a no-win, no-fee basis.
Chaser's customers follow their cases in near real time and can talk directly to the local collector.
"Reminders get most invoices paid. For the rest, our customers need a next step they can trust, in any country, without leaving Chaser. Debitura gives them exactly that."
Sonia DoraisCEO, ChaserChaser and Debitura talk to each other in both directions through APIs. The customer stays in Chaser, and every case is created and updated in Debitura.

The quote shows the rate and the fee for each invoice before anything is sent. The customer confirms, and a case is created in Debitura.
The customer signs the collection agreement and a power of attorney for the local collection partner, and the case goes live. Escalated invoices show as Collecting in Chaser and drop out of view once they are paid and reconciled in the accounting system. The full case history sits in the Debitura dashboard, where customers can add colleagues.
Chaser started the integration in early January 2026 and was fully live for UK and international collections by March. Debitura's team worked closely with Chaser's developers through the launch.
Chaser's own team sees every case its customers escalate in a partner dashboard, so it can spot pending cases and requests for more details and handle them before the customer has to ask. Collections-related enquiries to Chaser's customer success team have dropped by 80%, and Chaser has significantly reduced the operational cost and team time it spends on collections.
"Moving to one partner gave our customers one process, one point of contact and full visibility of every case. Enquiries to our team have dropped by 80%, collection volumes are up 30% and success rates are up 50%."
