Two ways to work with Debitura

Receive cases in your market. Send cases to ours.

You can do both, on the same platform, under the same agreement and with the same people on the other side.

Receive cases

Cases from clients you would never reach alone

Businesses abroad and at home send their unpaid invoices through Debitura. We match the ones in your jurisdiction to you.

  • Clients checked before they can submit a case
  • The agreement and your power of attorney signed before the case reaches you
  • You work directly with the client, in the case chat
Send cases

Collect for your clients in 180 countries

When your client's debtor is abroad, submit the case through Debitura. We match it to a vetted partner in the debtor's country, and you stay your client's point of contact.

  • One standard agreement and the same published fees as any other client, wherever the debtor is
  • Follow every case you sent on one platform
  • You can also submit claims owed to your own firm
Every case you receive

Ready to work when it reaches you

We do the marketing, the sale and the paperwork, so you can do the collection.

Vetted clients

Before a business can submit cases, we check that it is a real, registered company, look at its financial health and its reputation, and you can ask us for the risk summary on any client you work with.

Signed and documented

The client has signed the Standard Debt Collection Agreement and a power of attorney for your firm, and the debtor details are on the case, with supporting documents where the claim size or debtor type requires them.

Your client, your relationship

You talk to the client directly, and payments move between you and the client. Debitura never holds the money.

The commercial model

No fee to join. We earn when you do.

Joining is free. On the cases we send you, Debitura invoices its share only after you have been paid, and if nothing is collected, nothing is invoiced. The terms are in the partnership agreement.

FAQ

Questions from agencies and law firms

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There is no fee to join and no subscription. On cases we send you, Debitura invoices its share only after you have been paid.

What kind of cases will we receive?

Mostly undisputed unpaid invoices and loan repayments from businesses, against business and consumer debtors in your jurisdiction. Disputed and legal cases come as requests for a quote.

Do we have to offer legal services?

No. You can work pre-legal cases only. If a case needs legal action, you can quote for it yourself or the client can get quotes from law firms in the network.

Can we decline a case?

Yes, with a valid reason, such as a conflict of interest, missing information or a claim that is time-barred.

Who owns the client relationship?

You work directly with the client on every case, and payments move between you and the client. When you send your own clients' cases abroad, you stay their point of contact.

Can we connect our own collection system?

Yes. The partner API lets you send case activity and payments from your own system instead of filling in monthly updates by hand, and webhooks tell your system when new cases and messages arrive.
