Depending on the circumstances, our work may include preparing and filing a civil claim, responding to disputed allegations, applying for appropriate interim measures, representing the creditor during proceedings and pursuing the recovery of legal costs where permitted.

The firm also assists with the recognition and enforcement of qualifying foreign judgments and court orders in Cyprus, subject to the applicable national, European Union and international legal framework. Once an enforceable judgment has been obtained or recognised, we advise on the enforcement measures that may be available against the debtor and known assets.
