Our debt recovery department is led by two partners with extensive experience in handling litigation and arbitration at the national level. While in our practice area we believe in the amicable settlement of disputes through mediation mechanisms; we dedicate a large part of our daily professional activity to attend litigation for our clients, including debt recovery services.
 
We also manage the representation of our clients in national private arbitration disputes and our partners are members as arbitrator and mediator in the International Arbitration Center (CIAM) located in Quito, Ecuador; as well as secretary of the arbitration panels before the Center of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Quito.
