First, the cost of a legal case varies and is determined by an array of factors, including how difficult the case is.
However, our attorneys' fees differ between the pre-legal and the litigation phases.
- For pre-legal debt collection, we may work on a job-to-job basis.
- For the litigation services, our agreed fees can be structured as follows:
8% of the claim value, up to a maximum of USD 200,000/-
6% of the claim value, which can range between USD 201,000 and USD 500,000.
4% of the claim value is greater than USD 500,000/-.
Both parties will mutually agree on the professional fees for cases of unidentified value.
Professional fees will be paid pro-rata to the litigation stages as follows:
50% of the professional fees will be paid by the client when the file is referred to the attorney for legal action.
A balance of 50% of the professional fees would be paid upon completion of the case, either by a final judgment, settlement, or amicably.
NB: Our attorneys' fees may differ from the percentages listed above; this is simply a pricing model that we are not bound by.
Also note that all official charges and fees, translation fees, attestation, legalization, if any, and out-of-pocket expenses will be charged to the client account.
