We offer a wide range of legal services including Debt Recovery, litigation, arbitration, real estate, and all kind of contracts. Our firm represents foreign and domestic corporations with a variety of business interests in Guatemala.

At Mérida y Asociados we handle mainly civil, business and administrative litigation cases. In relation to criminal cases, we can provide our clients with very good lawyers who specialize in this field. If we recommend a colleague, we maintain responsibility towards our client for the professional performance of the colleague recommended by us. We can also give advice on labor cases.

Corporate and business law is under the responsibility of Mr. Armando MERIDA and Daniel Barreda, who have extensive experience in these two fields, and is a very important area in our Firm. We usually organize Guatemalan corporations for national and foreign clients.
