About SADAD Aman Debt Collection Services LLC – Debt Collection in the UAE
SADAD Aman Debt Collection Services LLC is a Dubai-based commercial debt collection agency and Debitura's exclusive partner in the United Arab Emirates. It is licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Licence No. 1166181) and is a member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (membership no. 455104). Debt collection in the UAE is licensed at emirate level as an ordinary commercial activity, not as a regulated financial activity.
What SADAD Aman is known for
Most debt collection firms in the UAE concentrate on retail, banking and rental portfolios, and the remainder are law firms that take a matter straight to court without an amicable stage. SADAD Aman's core expertise is amicable commercial collection, which is the stage where most business-to-business claims are resolved and the stage Debitura's clients need first.
How a case is worked
The firm runs three teams in parallel on every case:
- Skip tracing validates the creditor's data and identifies the right person to reach, using paid data tools and access to government portals.
- In-house collection officers handle emails, calls, follow-ups and demand letters, building pressure consistently over the amicable phase.
- Field officers visit the debtor's premises during working hours. In-person visits to a business debtor are lawful and standard practice in UAE commercial collection, and they confirm both that the company is trading and how it is placed to pay.
SADAD Aman remains the client's single point of contact from first contact to resolution. Litigation in the UAE must be conducted by a separately licensed advocate, so where a case escalates the firm instructs one of its 15 to 20 partner law firms while continuing to manage the case for the creditor.
Credentials and client protection
These are the standards SADAD Aman carries, not requirements the UAE imposes on collection agencies:
- Member of ACA International and the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC), and of the ICTF credit and trade finance association.
- ISO 9001:2015 certified, with annual audits in which auditors visit the office, the team and the systems.
- Professional indemnity insurance covering the client's interest.
The team
The UAE operation is led by Muhammed Ajmal Azeez, Divisional Manager, who has twelve years in Middle East collections, ten of them in Bahrain, and worked up from coordinator through senior collection agent, team leader, assistant manager and head of collections. The firm reports more than 30 collections staff in the UAE and is part of the Suhail Bahwan Group, which also operates collection businesses in Oman, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Working with Debitura
Debitura is a technology platform, not a collection agency or a law firm. Claims submitted through Debitura for a debtor in the United Arab Emirates are routed to SADAD Aman on a No Cure No Pay basis, and progress is tracked in the Debitura portal. For the legal background to a UAE claim, including limitation periods, interest, the payment order route and enforcement, see Debitura's United Arab Emirates debt collection guide.
PRICING MODEL
As an exclusive partner, SADAD Aman Debt Collection Services LLC handles pre-legal debt collection under Debitura's Standard Debt Collection Agreement and Debitura's standard pricing.
Pricing follows a No Cure No Pay model. There are no upfront costs for pre-legal recovery, and a fee is charged only on amounts actually recovered. If nothing is recovered, nothing is owed.
Success fee
The success fee varies with the debtor's location, the size of the claim and how old it is. Newer and larger claims carry lower rates. Full details are at debitura.com/pricing.
If the case has to go legal
Disputed claims, and claims where the amicable phase does not succeed, may call for legal action. That falls outside the Standard Debt Collection Agreement. Court and enforcement fees are statutory and apply only if a case escalates. SADAD Aman provides a fixed-price quote through the Debitura portal, and nothing proceeds without the creditor's written approval.
Process
To send a claim to SADAD Aman Debt Collection Services LLC, create a free profile on Debitura and upload the claim through the portal. For amicable collection the firm can act on a simple written authorisation from the creditor. A notarised and legalised power of attorney is required only if the case later moves to litigation.
Debitura's Standard Debt Collection Agreement
As an exclusive Debitura partner, SADAD Aman works under Debitura's Standard Debt Collection Agreement, which sets the minimum service levels for the pre-legal stage.
The pre-legal workflow
The approach is tailored to each case, but generally runs as follows:
- Case approval, within 48 hours. The documentation is reviewed and the claim accepted.
- Skip tracing. Debtor details are verified and the right contact identified.
- Formal demand. A structured demand for payment is issued, normally by email with the supporting documents attached. There is no requirement for the pre-legal demand to be in Arabic.
- Follow-up and field visits. A multi-channel campaign of letters, emails and calls runs alongside visits to the debtor's premises. The amicable phase typically runs 60 to 90 days.
- Negotiation. Full payment or an instalment agreement is sought. Capacity to pay is checked before any plan is accepted, and the creditor approves every settlement.
- Legal escalation, optional. Where amicable recovery does not succeed, SADAD Aman may recommend legal proceedings through one of its partner law firms. Costs are quoted in the Debitura portal and require written approval before anything proceeds.
Strong cases are built on documents. The most useful are the signed and stamped contract, invoices and a statement of account, the local purchase order, a signed and stamped delivery note, the email trail, any cheque or promissory note, and verified contact details for the person responsible.
Debitura is a technology platform that routes each claim to a vetted local expert for country-specific action, and is active in 183 markets including the United Arab Emirates. Claims against UAE debtors are handled on a no cure, no pay basis, so creditors pay only on what is recovered. Creditors can submit a claim from the debt collection agency United Arab Emirates page, where the UAE debt collection guide also sets out limitation periods, interest rules, the payment order procedure and enforcement through the execution judge. For the wider region, see Debitura's Asia debt collection network.
