We are specialized in debt recovering.
We proceed with a mediation to obtain the amount of the debt from the debtor to our clients as soon as possible and to avoid losing time. If the debtor don't accept, we go throug the court and we will ask the judge to oblige him to pay the principal amount, interests, compensation and all the fees that the client paied for the procedure of recovering.
Our PRICING MODEL
The pricing model in our law firm is like that:
- Fees must be paid, when we open a file: 1200 usd
- Success fees: 10% of the amount collected /pronounced by a judgment
The fees don't include:
- other fees of bailiff, translator, court fees..etc
- 19% V.A.T
