KAZI Advocates LLP is a full-service dynamic boutique law firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. It was established in 2020 by four lawyers who have a combined experience of 26 years in legal practice. Our Dispute Resolution Department comprises of qualified experts who have tried and tested experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms including Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation in various Legal matters such as Corporate & Commercial disputes, Labour Disputes, Technology, Sports Law, Construction Disputes, Family Disputes, Aviation Law, Health Law, Tax Law, Energy Law, Real Estate Law, Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Processes.

DEBT RECOVERY EXPERIENCE

Our firm has experience and tact in recovery of debt. In particular the Managing Partner is the Head of Litigation with over 10 year’s experience in practice. Has recovered in excess of USD 30,000,000 serving domestic and foreign clients.

He is ably supported by his other Partner currently based in Australia, Mrs Anne Kirui who also holds more than 10 years experience in litigation.
