Pabalinga & Associates is a Botswana based law firm engaged in several fields of law one of which is debt collection. The firm has been in operation for the past five years. It is managed by Nsi Janet Pabalinga whose experiance spans over eleven years of private practice.

Our debt collection procedure is as follows:

• Issuance of letter of demand .(Telephone demand is only done at the request of the client)
• If the matter /debt meets our litigation threshold. We issue summons for the debt
• Depending on the debtor's response or non response. We conduct case management conference to explore out of court settlement. Or we apply for default judgement.
• Default judgment allows us to engage a deputy sheriff to attach property.
• Case management allows us to help narrow the issues between the parties and to be able to conduct a trial
• Trial is expedited when there is documentary evidence in support of the debt.
