First thing we do on debt recovery is to investigate the debtor. We will investigate the debtor, whether:
- The business of the debtor is still running or not;
- The Board of Directors, Commissioner(s), and/or Shareholder(s) of the debtor is still contactable or not;
- The debtor still has asset(s) or not.
Based on the result of investigation above, we will analyze and provide the best possible way to recover the debt. We will advice the creditor which legal action(s) could be conducted by us, including negotiation, issuing a warning letter, out-of-court settlement, and filing a law suit.
