Odoo

After the last Odoo follow-up, send the invoice to a local collector

Debitura has no direct Odoo integration. You can still move overdue Odoo invoices to collection, through the Debitura REST API or a CSV export.
Build it on the REST API
A server action or small module in Odoo can call POST /Cases for each invoice that reaches your last follow-up level.
Preview the fee per invoice
POST /cases/preview returns eligibility, the matched partner and the success fee before a case is created.
Status back into Odoo
Webhooks for case updates and payments let you log collection status on the partner record.
CSV from the invoice list
Filter customer invoices that are overdue, export them, copy them into the Debitura CSV template and upload.
Talk to the collector directly
Every case has a chat with the partner working it. No email chains.
A local collector, No Cure, No Pay
Each case goes to a licensed collection agency or law firm in the debtor's country, in 180 countries. $0 upfront. You pay a success fee only when money is recovered.

What is Odoo, and why do unpaid invoices get stuck there?

Odoo is a suite of business apps covering CRM, sales, inventory, e-commerce and accounting. Its accounting app can send follow-up reminders at levels you set for overdue invoices.

Follow-ups end at your last level. When a customer still does not pay, the invoice stays overdue and someone has to find an agency, often one per country, and track the outcome outside Odoo.

How Debitura fits

Debitura does not connect to Odoo directly today. Build a flow on the Debitura REST API or upload a CSV export. Each case goes to a licensed local partner and you follow it on one platform, with a direct chat to the collector on every case.

How to send overdue Odoo invoices to Debitura

Route 1: Debitura REST API

  1. Pick the trigger in Odoo: for example customer invoices that reached your final follow-up level.
  2. Create an API key on the API key page and build against the sandbox at testcustomer-api.debitura.com.
  3. For each invoice, call POST /cases/preview to check eligibility, the matched partner and the fee.
  4. Create the case with POST /Cases: currency code, invoice date, amount to recover and the debtor's name, address and two-letter country code. Send the invoice number as CreditorReference.
  5. Upload the invoice PDF with POST /Cases/{id}/files.
  6. Subscribe to the case.updated and payment.created webhooks so status and payments flow back to Odoo.

Route 2: CSV upload

  1. In Odoo, export the unpaid invoices you want to escalate. Filter the customer invoices list for overdue and export it.
  2. In Debitura, start a new case and choose CSV import. Download the CSV template.
  3. Copy your data into the template. Required columns: invoice number, debtor name, address, postal code, city, country, invoice date, principal amount and currency code. State, email, phone and due date are optional.
  4. Use one date format for the whole file, then upload it. Each row becomes a case.
  5. Review the cases and submit. You see the success fee before you submit.
